About StoicIndex

Modern life makes it strangely easy to lose yourself.

Not because you’re “lazy” or broken—but because the environment is engineered for noise: endless inputs, constant comparison, instant dopamine, and a schedule that keeps you busy without moving you forward. When your attention gets scattered, clarity fades. When clarity fades, you default to comfort. And before you notice it, days pass in a loop: procrastination, guilt, short bursts of motivation… and back to autopilot.

StoicIndex exists to interrupt that loop.

My goal is simple: give you clarity, knowledge, and practices that help you regain control of your life—so you can live with intention, build self-trust, and steadily become the person you know you’re capable of being.

Why Stoicism + Psychology?

Stoicism isn’t about being “emotionless.” It’s about learning to direct your mind, respond instead of react, and focus on what you can control. When combined with modern behavioral psychology, it becomes something even more powerful: a practical operating system for discipline, focus, relationships, health, and meaning.

No empty hype. No toxic positivity. Just grounded tools that work when life gets real.

Who’s behind StoicIndex?

I’m just a normal guy—born in Japan, raised in Spain.

For years I’ve studied psychology, and especially Stoicism. It helped me in every domain of my life: clarity, emotional resilience, confidence, work ethic, relationships, and how I handle pressure. At some point, keeping it to myself felt selfish—so I started sharing what I was learning.

I began doing it for free through YouTube and Instagram, and I created this website to offer the same ideas in a deeper, more structured, and more practical way—through guides and systems you can follow step by step (some paid, some free).

If you want to support the mission

If StoicIndex helps you, that’s already a win.

And if you want to support what I’m building, the best ways are simple:

Buy the guides and templates that resonate with you

Follow the content on YouTube/Instagram

Share it with someone who needs it

I’ve also included an optional donation link for anyone who wants to support the work directly—every bit helps me keep creating, improving the systems, and putting out more content that genuinely moves people forward.

A final note

You don’t need to randomly “find yourself.”

You need a clear direction, a few solid principles, and a system you can repeat—especially on the days you don’t feel like it. Start small. Start today.

If nothing changes, nothing changes.
