The short version
Every paid StoicIndex product comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, email hello@stoicindex.com within 14 days of your purchase and you get a full refund. One email, no questions asked.
What is covered
The guarantee applies to all paid digital products sold on stoicindex.com, including the 180-Day Transform System and the Notion Reset Planner. Free products (such as the 1-Day Reset Protocol) have no price and therefore nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
- Send an email to hello@stoicindex.com from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Include your order number (it is in your confirmation email). You do not need to give a reason.
- We confirm the refund by email and return the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few more days to appear on your statement.
When a refund is issued, access to the product is withdrawn: the 180-Day dashboard is closed for that account and any downloadable file must be deleted. Your progress data can be deleted on request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
After 14 days
Once the 14-day window has passed, purchases of digital content are final. If something is not working as it should, write to us anyway: we will always fix a technical problem or a delivery issue, regardless of the date.
Your legal right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once the supply has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, which is what happens at checkout when you receive immediate access (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, art. 103(m)).
Our 14-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary commercial commitment that goes beyond that statutory right: it applies even after you have accessed the content. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund request by email is faster for you and avoids the fees and delays of a chargeback. Disputes opened for a purchase that has already been refunded will be contested.
